During the 1967 riots, local leftists made a lot of homemade weapons out of domestic materials, in order to initiate raids against the police force, specifically handmade explosives were widely publicised by local media.

I look into the above handmade “weapons” in both social movements and archives, and further transform them into an alternative visual archive; the objects deliver a statement on how authority possesses the ultimate power to define lethal weapons and daily commodities.
