During the riots, British Hong Kong Special Branch (SP) arrested and imprisoned main figures in the leftist party; rumour has it SP officers tortured some of the leftists during interrogation in order to obtain information about other local underground communists. All documents and records about SP were confidential, before Hangover in 1997, the records were either destroyed or transported to National Archive in Britain.

This photograph was taken from the perspective of a stalker. The location is one of the major SP concentration camps on Hong Kong Island. It captures the moment right before the architecture was demolished.
